The subject property comprises a traditionally constructed detached house of rendered elevations under a pitched terracotta tiled roof. The house appears to have had the upper floor added from its original single storey form at some point and also had an old outhouse of some description incorporated into the living accommodation. The property sits on small plot of just 63.5m2 in total with the house occupying the majority of the site with a side path and small rear courtyard and store shed.
